After Hours: Cocktail Workshop @ FIZZ

A hands-on evening exploring the craft of non-alcoholic cocktails. We’ll move through recipe, flavour, balance, and technique — building drinks that feel thoughtful, layered, and artistic. A little education, a little experimentation, and a lot of good sips.
