Anthony Stanco featuring Jocelyn Gould

Trumpeter Anthony Stanco is a virtuoso player and composer deeply steeped in the tradition of Detroit. Now a professor of jazz trumpet at Michigan State University, He’s touring in support of his latest album Stanco’s Time. He will be joined by Canadian guitar phenomenon (Juno winner) Jocelyn Gould, Victoria’s bop titan, John Lee on drums, and his long time Michigan compatriot, and Michigander turned Victorian, Louis Rudner on bass. This band is a hotbed of talent and brings the fire, soul, and sentiment like no other.
