Nothing says the first day of summer like spending it with hot hometown bands, cool drinks and warm friends. Join us on June 22 at Wicket Hall for two local bands to kick off the summertime blues season.
Auntie Kate and the Uncles of Funk and RATTLESHAKE team up for an evening of blues at Wicket Hall. Get your dancing shoes on and shimmy into summer! Auntie Katie and the Uncles – Tom Bowler, Bill Underwood and Joe Kovacs – stir up a hot swirl of blues, R&B, soul and funk.
RATTLESHAKE is a new project by Glenn Taylor along with Owen Pollock, Wilson Kyne, Sky Onosson and Ty Rogers. They’ve been busy cooking up unique and surprising arrangements of blues and roots, aiming to get the dance floor hoppin’!
Open seating, doors open at 6:30 PM. This is a 19+, accessible venue.
