Each course reflects InchDairnie’s bold, modern approach to flavour. Expect inventive pairings, creative technique, and a guided exploration of the distillery’s boundary-pushing spirit. Founded in 2015 in Glenrothes, Fife, InchDairnie Distillery represents a new era of Lowland whisky-making. Using local Fife barley, outdoor seasonal fermentations, and advanced mash-filter technology, the distillery breaks from tradition to unlock fresh, unexpected flavours.
