Isle of Tease Burlesque Festival is the first festival of its kind on Vancouver Island! Join us for two nights of electrifying burlesque showcases with spectacular headliners, a Canadian burlesque legend, and the finest local and international talent! We celebrate indigenous artists, artists of all sizes and body types, 2SLGBTQ+ artists and many more artists from a wide range of backgrounds.

Isle of Tease Burlesque Festival offers different showcases on each night! You’ll see different performers from across North America on Friday and Saturday!

Featuring our fabulous headlining performers:

  • Canadian Burlesque Legend, Lorna!
  • Lou Lou la Duchesse de Rière, is an internationally renowned neo-burlesque dancer, teacher, and activist hailing from Kahnawake Quebec. She has been voted into the Burlesque Top 50 by 21st Century Burlesque since 2018 and is currently ranked as the number one most influential burlesque figure in Canada.
  • Iva Handfull, is the multi-fierceted rock star of burlesque from Port Angeles, Washington. A fashion icon in the burlesque world, she’s a neo-burlesquer known for her inventive, epic, and often impersonating performances.

In addition to enjoying all three of our headliners, the Friday and Saturday Showcases will feature performers from across Canada and the US.
