Mindful Art-Making: Open Art Studio

May 16 @ 11:00 am12:30 pm

$29

Here’s what your Studio Saturday looks like: you walk into a cozy downtown studio, art supplies already laid out on the table, calm music playing. You pick a seat, settle in, and start creating. Some people follow a guided prompt or ask for assistance to get started. Some bring their own project. Some just doodle and see what happens. There’s no instruction and no pressure, however, your facilitator is available to help get you started.

What’s included:
All art materials (painting, drawing, mixed media etc.)
Optional guided creative prompts
A warm, relaxed space facilitated by an Art Therapist (Hanna Verhagen, MC, DVATI, BA, CCC)
Tea and soft music
No art experience needed.
Limited to 8 people

This is a great first step if you’re curious about using art therapeutically or just want a meaningful way to start your Saturday.
“Hanna is welcoming, calming, and empowers people to embrace their creativity to benefit their mental health.”
After booking, you’ll receive a short consent form and event reminders via JaneApp.
