The Vic Theatre: Suze

In Canadian director Linsey Stewart’s, Suze (VFF 2024), a newly empty nester, is looking forward to her newfound freedom after her daughter leaves for college. However, her plans take an unexpected turn when she finds herself caring for her daughter’s heartbroken ex-boyfriend, Gage. Despite their differences, Suze and Gage form an unlikely bond that leads her on a journey of self-discovery and the true meaning of living for herself.
