Canadian World Photographic Cup Exhibit Opens in Victoria
March 24, 2024 – VANCOUVER, BC; Prepare to be captivated as WPC Team Canada proudly unveils an exhibit highlighting the extraordinary photographs that embody Canada’s artistic talent at this year’s World Photographic Cup.
Comparable to the Olympic Games in its global scale and competitive intensity, the World Photographic Cup serves as the ultimate arena for photographers to showcase their talent on an international stage. Seven of these images, each a masterpiece in its own right, are 2024 finalists and in contention for world medals, with the ultimate goal of earning our country the prestigious World Photographic Cup.
The exhibit will showcase not only the remarkable images that represented Canada in this year’s competition but also pay homage to past Canadian achievements, featuring the stunning images that have clinched world medals in previous editions of the WPC.
Join us as we celebrate the spirit of creativity and excellence that defines Canadian photography, past and present, in this mesmerizing showcase of visual artistry on Sunday April 7,2024 from 10-4 at the Hotel Grand Pacific in beautiful Victoria. This event is free to the public.
