This practical\, plain-language workshop takes you through the full board journey\, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond\, with a focus on clarity\, confidence\, and long-term engagement.\nParticipants will explore how to assess current board composition\, define clear roles and expectations\, attract and engage prospective members\, and conduct thoughtful interviews.
