Exploring Emotions Through Art

    In this small-group workshop you’ll be guided through simple, hands-on art-making activities designed to help you slow down, tune into how you’re feeling, and express what words sometimes can’t reach. It’s not an art class, it’s a therapeutic experience led by a trained Art Therapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with a masters degree in Counselling Psychology.

    What to expect:
    • You’ll work with accessible materials (think paint, collage, markers — nothing intimidating) through guided prompts that gently open the door to self-reflection. The focus is entirely on the process, not the product.
