Led by a professional Art Therapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), this guided workshop series offers a supportive, no-pressure space to unwind, reconnect, and relieve stress through the creative process. Participants will engage in expressive art-making activities designed to promote mindfulness, emotional well-being, and relaxation.
