Victoria Film Festival
February 7 – February 16
The 31st Victoria Film Festival runs February 7 to 16, 2025. It includes 92 feature films – the most it has ever had. Together with 28 shorts, there are 120 opportunities to witness the work of creators from around the world and from here on Vancouver Island. At least 25 of the works being screened have received an award at other film festivals and events.
Opening Gala – Feb. 7 – Bob Trevino Likes It at 6:30 pm at The Vic Theatre. Party at 9:30 pm.
Movie Trivia with CTV film critic Richard Crouse – Sunday, Feb. 9, 7:30 pm at Bartholomew’s Public House
Ari’s Theme at Alix Goolden Hall, Feb. 16 at 5 pm. Screening features live performance of original score performed by Victoria Conservatory of Music students and faculty
